Once a payment has been made for loan installments or recurring payments, it is non-refundable. Our system reflects the dues and payments accurately, and customers are responsible for ensuring the details are correct before initiating a transaction.
If a payment has been made due to a technical error or incorrect dues displayed, we will investigate the issue thoroughly. The final decision regarding a refund will be taken by the IT & Operations Head after completing a full investigation.
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the payment details, including the loan number and other relevant information, before confirming any transaction. Diwakar Tracom Private Limited will not be liable for any errors or disputes arising from incorrect payment details entered by the customer.
In the event of a technical error leading to an incorrect payment or transaction, we will make every effort to resolve the issue. However, the final decision regarding the validity of the error and the refund will be made by the IT & Operations Head.
